Bottomline Lab wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, level AA, as our benchmark. This is an ongoing aim rather than a claim that every page has been formally certified.
What you should be able to do
- Navigate to the main content and through menus using a keyboard.
- See a visible focus indicator when using keyboard controls.
- Zoom and resize text without losing core content or controls.
- Use the site across desktop, tablet and narrow mobile screens.
- Understand headings, links, buttons and form labels clearly.
- Use an alternative to the enquiry form by emailing or calling us.
Steps we take
The site uses semantic page structure, a skip link, labelled form controls, keyboard-usable navigation, visible focus styling, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. We include useful text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid relying on colour alone to communicate essential information.
Known limitations
We have not completed independent testing with every browser, device or assistive technology combination. Third party websites, email applications and documents linked from the site are outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard.
Report a problem
If something prevents you from using the site, email contact@bottomlinelab.com or call +64 21 421 026. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do and the problem you encountered. We will consider the issue and provide the information another way where reasonably practicable.
